Annual general assembly held

Tankerska Next Generation Inc. Annual General Meeting was held at the Sports Center Višnjik in Zadar on 21 August 2015 at 11:00 hours. At the annual general meeting 7.284.625 votes were present, representing 83,4116% of the total 8,733,345 votes, given by 8,733,345 ordinary shares which comprise the company's share capital.

All decisions of the General Assembly were passed unanimously, in the form proposed by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board in the Annual general meeting invitation published in the Official Gazette 75 (08 July 2015), the Zagreb Stock Exchange’s website , the Company's website and with HANFA.
