TPNG share included in the composition of CROBEX and CROBEXtr indices

In accordance with the article 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Indices Committee from 3rd September 2019, the Index Committee has concluded, at the meeting on September 8th 2021, a regular revision of the Zagreb Stock Exchange indices CROBEX, CROBEXtr, CROBEX10, CROBEX10tr, CROBEXprime, ADRIAprime, CROBEXplus and sectoral indices. The revision was carried out based on the trading data from March 1st, 2021 to August 31st, 2021.
 
CROBEX and CROBEXtr
The following shares will be excluded from the composition of CROBEX and CROBEXtr indices:

• ĐURO ĐAKOVIĆ GRUPA d.d. (trading symbol DDJH, ISIN HRDDJHRA0007) 

The following shares will be included in the composition of CROBEX and CROBEXtr indices:

• HPB d.d. (trading symbol HPB, ISIN HRHPB0RA0002),
• TANKERSKA NEXT GENERATION d.d. (trading symbol TPNG, ISIN HRTPNGRA0000),
• SAPONIA d.d. (trading symbol SAPN, ISIN HRSAPNRA0007),
• PETROKEMIJA d.d. (trading symbol PTKM, ISIN HRPTKMRA0005). 

CROBEX10® and CROBEX10tr®
The following shares will be excluded from the composition of CROBEX10 and CROBEX10tr:

• OT-OPTIMA TELEKOM d.d. (trading symbol OPTE, ISIN HROPTERA0001).

The following shares will be included in the composition of CROBEX10 and CROBEX10tr:

• ATLANTSKA PLOVIDBA d.d. (trading symbol ATPL, ISIN HRATPLRA0008). 

CROBEXplus and sectoral indices
The following shares will be excluded from the composition of CROBEXplus and corresponding sector indices:

• DALEKOVOD d.d. (trading symbol DLKV, ISIN HRDLKVRA0006) - CROBEXkonstrukt
• LUKA RIJEKA d.d. (trading symbol LKRI, ISIN HRLKRIRA0007) - CROBEXtransport

The following shares will be included in the composition of CROBEXplus and corresponding sector indices:  

• ALPHA ADRIATIC d.d. (trading symbol ULPL, ISIN HRULPLRA0002) - CROBEXtransport

CROBEXprime
There are no changes in the composition of CROBEXprime index.

ADRIAprime
There are no changes in the composition of ADIRAprime index.
 
Regular revision of CROBEX, CROBEXtr, CROBEX10, CROBEX10tr, CROBEXprime, ADRIAprime, CROBEXplus and sectoral indices will be carried out after the close of trading on September 17th, 2021. The calculation of indices with a new composition will start as of September 20th 2021.
